The SwimGainz Junior Develpment League is a ‘B’ team league, where we swim as many swimmers who do not normally get the opportunity to either swim in the Arena League, Worcester Winter League and Nuneaton League, or only swim in relays in the Nuneaton League etc… Each race has a time limit on it, any swimmer going faster than the given time receives a ‘Speeding Ticket’ and no points are awarded, swimmers are always encouraged to swim their fastest. It is a development league so is especially important for giving opportunity to swimmers below County level and adhere to the original intention and rules of the league.

It also helps us to gain times and other information i.e. strokes, turns and starts which is useful when planning training and also helps us to monitor the swimmers progress.
